Item Description

From one of the most classic Colorado localities, we have a great secondary ore association specimen. This piece features very small (1 mm), lustrous, sharp, gemmy, tabular, orange Wulfenite crystals on beautifully contrasting blue green Rosasite matrix. I know its not what you typically expect from a Colorado specimen, but this material is exceptionally rare from this mine, not to mention the fact that it does not show up on the market in any capacity. This specimen is close to 30 years old and comes from the noted Colorado collection of Richard Kosnar. To have a large cabinet size display specimen such as this one is certainly rare, and this material will most likely never be mined again, so do not miss out on this colorful and attractive dispaly specimen from this classic locality! Valued at $900
