Item Description
A velvety, soft to the touch, 1.5 cm ivory puffball of acicular xonotlite crystal is artistically set on the sculptural elongated matrix like an orb on a scepter from this famous mine. The scepter is composed of smaller xonotlite balls and what looks to be glassy blades of bultfonteinite (Not analysed but likely). Xonotlite is a rare calcium inosilicate and bultfonteinite is a very rare hydrated calcium silicate with fluorine. This is an outstanding, rare and very aesthetic miniature combination from the Wessels Mine. Ex Charlie Key dealer stock.
