Item Description
A highly unusual and fine miniature featuring textbook sharp, elongated azurite crystals of a classic but rare Tsumeb style. They reach 4 cm tall at largest, and the unusual sharp shapes are highly visual and three dimensional ; very different than most other azurite styles. This was always considered a classic form from the mine, and seldom seen in such pristine, complete specimens as this full miniature. Sadly, we cannot find a catalog number glued to the bottom to date the piece, but it should be 1970s vintage - or much older, possibly. It is really 3D in person!
