Cerussite is one of the signature species for the great Tsumeb Mine, and certainly matrix specimens are both rare and prized. Crystal habits from there vary, and here the renowned twinning has developed into a classic reticulated snowflake. Densely formed, the branches of the snowflake have superb, glassy faces that enhances the adamantine luster. Fully 360 degrees around, this exquisite Cerussite is 2.7 cm across AND PERFECTLY PERCHED ON A NATURAL PEDESTAL! Such aesthetics are almost unheard of. Valued $2500-5000.
