Citrine (heated)

Item Description

The vast majority of the faceted Citrine gems on the market have been heated to turn them yellow. These stones start out as natural purple Amethyst, and through heating the color will change to yellow. This is a good example of said material, with great golden color saturation and attractive cutting. It is virtually eye clean with an "Emerald" cut. Very attractive in person, and certainly worth adding to a collection, or to be placed into a custom piece of jewelry.
