Item Description

Here we have a classic example of what are some of the most well-known and beautifully crystallized Peridots in the world. These pieces started coming out in the early 1990s and no world locality has produced the quality and quantity of euhedral Peridot crystals like Sapat Gali. This piece is a sharp, well-formed, very gemmy, beautiful vibrant green color single crystal. The top portion of the crystal is nearly transparent when backlit (I would say it's bordering on gem quality), and the termination is sharp and pristine. The lower section of the crystal has some interrupted growth where it was in contact with either another Peridot crystal or the pocket wall. A very good example of these wonderful Peridot crystals.
