Item Description
A classic specimen of rich fuschia pink Tugtupite frome Kvanefjeld associated with white Albite along with minor black aegirine and bronze Sphalerite. This rare member of the Helvine group is best known from Greenland, and the color is a rich of a pink as you will see in any species. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#7357). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record).
